DAVID LAWTON
is the author of Sharp Blue Stream (Three Rooms Press). David is a graduate of the theatre program at Boston University, where he was also a Guest Artist in the graduate play writing classes taught by Nobel Laureate Derek Walcott. For ten years he was a background vocalist in the New York underground band Leisure Class. At the band’s de facto headquarters in the Chelsea Hotel, he befriended Beat godfather Herbert Huncke and San Francisco poet Marty Matz and was inspired by their embodiment of the written word.

JEE LEONG KOH is the author of STEEP TEA (Carcanet), named a Best Book of the Year by UK’s Financial Times and a Finalist by Lambda Literary. He has also published three other books of poems and a book of zuihitsu. Originally from Singapore, he lives in New York City, where he heads the literary non-profit Singapore Unbound.

STEPHANIE BERGER is a poet, performance artist, event producer, and entrepreneur. She is the CEO of The Poetry Society of New York and is the co-creator of The Poetry Brothel, The New York City Poetry Festival, and The Typewriter Project. She has published two chapbooks, In The Madame’s Hat Box (Dancing Girl Press, 2011) and The Grey Bird (Coconut Books, 2014). Her poetry has appeared in Fence, Hyperallergic, Sixth Finch, and dozens of other journals. Stephanie earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Film at the University of Southern California, received an M.F.A. in Poetry from the New School, and has taught in the English Departments at Pace University and Berkeley College.
