Anna Dunn has been the Editor-In-Chief of Diner Journal for over a decade and a bartender at Diner, Achilles Heel, and Romans’ for almost as long. She is co-author of Saltie: A Cookbook and Dinner at the Long Table.

Daniel Isengart is a German-born cabaret entertainer, writer, and self-employed private chef. His controversial essays on the Joy of Gay Cooking were published n Stlate.com in 2015. Isengart is a contributing writer to Jarry, the first explicitly gay food magazine. Isengart.com

Donna Minkowitz is the restaurant critic for Gay City News. She is the author of the fabulist memoir Growing Up Golem: How I Survived My Mother, Brooklyn, and Some Really Bad Dates. She was a columnist on LGBT politics and culture at the Village Voice in the 80’s and 90s, and her work has also appeared in the New York Times Book Review, Salon, The Nation, Ms., The Advocate, and New York magazine.
