Hypnotist Maggie Dubris is the author of Skels (Soft Skull Press, 2004), and Weep Not, My Wanton (Black Sparrow Press, 2002. She is currently working on several projects including a novel, Collide-O-Scope, and an illustrated book called The Dust Zone. She is the recipient of a 2001 National Endowment for the Arts Literature fellowship in poetry, and has been awarded residencies at Blue Mountain Center, MacDowell Colony, Jentel Artist Residency Program, Hedgebrook, and the Tyrone Guthrie Center in Ireland.
