Patricia Nolan came to New York 20 years ago from Austin, Texas to be a wife and mother.  The mother part worked out great.  The wife part became particularly problematic after a reading at Drunken! Careening! Writers! which led to a clause in her divorce stating she must write under a pen name (PENolan).  She is now named herself after her Granny the ‘Ho who had five husbands.  As Patricia Nolan, she appears in the award winning documentary, Why We Wax: A Little Ditty about the Hair Down There.  Works in progress include her website, menopausalstoners.com, and a novel about one woman’s quest to integrate hot, healthy sexuality into her life by way of the looney bin and internet dating.

Bob Smith has appeared on The Tonight Show and had his own HBO Comedy Half-hour. His first book Openly Bob won the Lambda Literary Award for humor. His debut novel Selfish and Perverse about 3 gay men and one lesbian in Alaska was a finalist for the Edmund White Debut Fiction Award. He’s currently working on a new novel.
